In order to keep an elderly person healthy and active who does not present major symptoms of diseases, more than the ailments typical of their age, it is necessary to offer them a diet based on healthy, organic foods, if possible from farms and free grazing, meals free of bad fats (refer to my videos on what are bad fats, sugars and refined flours). Everything as natural as possible and reinforce your diet with supplements that support your health and provide you with antioxidants and energy, such as:
- Nascent Iodine - Dilute 1 to 3 drops of nascent iodine in water, take in the mornings. Do not exceed 3 drops daily unless recommended by your health care provider. For best results, take 200 mcg of selenium (1 capsule) daily any time you consume iodine.
- Elixir VitaMinerals - Provides all the basic nutrients in optimal amounts.
- Antarctic Krill Oil - may help maintain joint comfort and healthy blood lipid levels already within the normal range. (not for people allergic to shellfish, in that case take Marine Omega-3)
- VitaVerde Energy - Contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants from therapeutic vegetables, fruits and roots for unbeatable vigor.
- Activated Methyl Vitamin B Complex - 2 capsules before bedtime to promote restful sleep.
