Multiple sclerosis is an inflammation in the central nervous system, an autoimmune condition. All autoimmune conditions have a common denominator, leaky gut.

It is almost impossible (with a few exceptions) to develop an autoimmune condition without a leaky gut.

The immune system resides next to the intestinal wall, the leaky gut facilitates the entry of gluten, parasites, microbes and toxins into the blood. These should remain in the intestinal tract to be eliminated in the feces. However, mini ruptures and tears in the intestinal wall facilitate the entry of foreign elements from the intestine into the blood. As a result, the immune system is activated and creates antibodies and depending on our genome (what we have inherited) each person can develop a different autoimmune condition.

When a person is diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, or any autoimmune condition, they should pay special attention to their diet and eat, as much as possible, organic, farm foods, without chemicals and free of sugars, flours, bad fats, artificial colors and industrial preservatives, in order to avoid the progressive hardening of tissues and internal organs, product of the weakening of the immune system.

Consume chicken bone broth, collagen, eliminate all allergens like gluten, lactose, corn, soy, oats, and peanuts.

Leaky gut can be repaired. Once the walls are already sealed, it is recommended that you do an allergy panel, perhaps other foods to which antibodies have been created will appear on that panel, which are created because that food did not have to cross the wall of the intestine without first being decomposed.

Depending on the food that crosses the intestine into the bloodstream and its molecular structure, the immune system creates that antibody to defend itself because it does not recognize it. That concept is known as molecular mimicry.

Molecular mimicry is one of the main mechanisms by which infectious agents or chemicals can induce autoimmunity. It occurs when similarities between the foreign and self-peptides favor the activation of autoreactive T or B cells by a foreign-derived antigen in a susceptible individual.

The Ayuno Lunar can be very beneficial for these people.
