Cystitis and urinary tract infections (UTIs) are highly prevalent and constitute one of the most common reasons for the use of antibiotics worldwide. Some supplements may help against these infections.


All supported, of course, by a diet free of sugars, flours, bad fats and the consumption of minerals and nutrients that help keep the body healthy. It is recommended to consume:

 

  1. Nascent Iodine - Dilute 1 to 3 drops of nascent iodine in water, take in the mornings. Do not exceed 3 drops daily unless recommended by your health care provider. For best results, take 200 mcg of selenium (1 capsule) daily any time you consume iodine.
