Normal triglyceride values should be between 100 and 150, since more than 150 would be at high risk of cardiovascular problems. To achieve the goal of keeping them balanced, you must eat healthy, including many green leafy vegetables in your diet, eliminating sweets, flour and everything related to them such as bread, pastries, cakes, among others; eliminate sodas or soft drinks and take care of the type of fats you consume. The following is recommended:
- Methyl B-Complex (Active B Complex)
- Nascent Iodine - Dilute 1 to 3 drops of nascent iodine in water, take in the mornings. Do not exceed 3 drops daily unless recommended by your health care provider. For best results, take 200 mcg of selenium (1 capsule) daily any time you consume iodine.
- Apple cider vinegar
- Antarctic Krill Oil - may help maintain joint comfort and healthy blood lipid levels already within the normal range. (not for people allergic to shellfish, in that case take Marine Omega-3)
